2. Licence to use the game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use JiuJitsu Island RPG for lawful personal entertainment, subject to these terms and any applicable app-store rules.
3. Ownership
The game, branding, original artwork, text, characters, world design, code created specifically for the project and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party libraries, engine components, fonts, assets or other materials remain subject to their own licences and ownership terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the game in a way that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, disrupts the service, attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems, distributes malicious software, or misrepresents your relationship with JiuJitsu Island RPG.
5. Game availability and updates
We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend or discontinue parts of the game where reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, compatibility or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the game will work on every device configuration.

While we aim to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software or compatibility with every device. The game is fictional entertainment and is not a substitute for professional martial-arts coaching, medical advice or safety instruction.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Termination
Your permission to use the game may end if you materially breach these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability and other clauses that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the game publisher's place of establishment, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
